I acknowledge and understand that the registration fee of $100.00 is non-refundable.

DISCIPLINE
Players who do not follow instructions will be issued one warning, and their parent or guardian will be advised. If behaviour continues, they will be asked to leave. There will be no refunds related to discipline issues.

Please note any player who is not in good standing with their home local association, will not be eligible to participate in the 2026 WinterBall Catchers School. Until said time, that a player has cleared any outstanding accounts, their application will remain “pending”. There are only 12 available spots in the 2026 WinterBall Pitching School for 13U and 15U Players, so if their status does not change prior to all available spots being filled, their registration will be voided and registration fee will be returned within 30 days.
