Courtland Diamond Maintenance, News (Delhi Minor Baseball)

OBJECTIVE:
To fix the main diamond layout in Courtland to accommodate up to PeeWee division. In order to do this we need to cut back the sod to the proper measurements.

Reason for Work Bee
Right now only TBall, Rookie & Mosquito teams can use the main diamond for games. This will help relieve some booking pressure on the main Kinsmen diamond in Delhi. 

WHAT WE NEED - volunteers & spade shovels 
We need a few folks w spades to help us edge & peel back the grassed area.

We will have a tractor w bucket on site to lift the sod once our line has been cut.

A BIG thank you to the Bowyer family for donating the tractor. Please indicate on Facebook on the Courtland event if you can make it - many hands will make short order of this improvement. 

NEXT STEPS:
Norfolk County will fill in the area we cut back w stone on Monday. 

REFRESHMENTS - we will have water on site - although the weather is still going to feel like early spring, please dress for the weather. Washrooms & running water are accessible on site.
